Why we started Tidewell
Good plumbing shouldn't come with a call centre, a vague all-day time slot and a price you only find out at the end. So we keep it simple: you talk to the plumber, you get a two-hour window and a fixed price, and the job is cleaned up properly when we're done.
We work in Melbourne's east because it's home. Most jobs are a short drive from Box Hill, which is how we can usually reply the same day.
