Blocked drains
We clear the blockage with a drain machine or water jet, then run a camera through drains that keep blocking, so you can see the cause (tree roots, a cracked pipe or a sagging section) before anything gets dug up.

- Water coming up in the shower or yard gully

Hot water
Storage, continuous flow and heat pump systems. We check whether a repair is worth it before suggesting a new unit, give you a fixed price for both, and take the old one away.

- No hot water, or it runs out fast
- Water leaking from the unit
- A pilot light that keeps going out
- Rusty or smelly hot water
Leaks and taps
We find the leak, fix it and show you what was wrong. Hidden leaks get traced before we open anything up, so the repair is as small as it can be.

- A tap that drips after you turn it off
- Damp patches on walls or ceilings
- A water bill higher than usual
- Banging pipes when a tap shuts off
Gasfitting
Cooktop and heater installs, appliance connections, gas leak checks and capping off old gas points, all tested and certified. If you smell gas, call us straight away.

- A new cooktop, oven or heater to connect
- A smell of gas near an appliance
- An old gas point to cap off
- A heater that needs a safety check
Toilets
Most running and leaking toilets are fixed in one visit with parts from the van. If yours is past fixing, we'll fit a new one and take the old one away.

Renovation plumbing
Rough-in and fit-off for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries, working to your builder or tiler's timeline. We can price from your plans before work starts.

How pricing works
We charge a call-out fee to come and look, then give you a fixed price for the job. Say yes and the call-out fee comes off the total. Say no and the call-out fee is all you pay.
Many jobs can be priced from a photo before we come out. Compliance certificates are supplied for work that needs one.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, to come and look. If you go ahead with the job, it comes off the total. If you decide not to, the call-out fee is all you pay.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Call in the morning for the best chance. Burst pipes and gas leaks get priority, any time.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed plumbers and gasfitters, and you get a compliance certificate for any work that needs one.
Do you work on weekends?
Saturdays from 7am to 6pm for everyday jobs, and any time for burst pipes and gas leaks.

Box Hill and Melbourne's east, from Doncaster and Templestowe down to Burwood East, and out to Ringwood. If you're not sure, ask.
