    First visit

    We walk the house and the block with you and check the planning controls on your property.

  2. Stage 2

    Concept and budget

    Concept drawings and a realistic budget range, before you commit to full plans.

  3. Stage 3

    Plans and a fixed price

    Drawings, engineering and permits, then a fixed-price contract and payment schedule.

  4. Stage 4

    The build

    One site supervisor, a written program, and photos every Friday.

  5. Stage 5

    Handover

    A walk-through together, defects closed out, every certificate in one folder.
