Home Areas
Glen Eira
Extensions and renovations in Elsternwick, Caulfield, Bentleigh, McKinnon, Carnegie, Ormond, all within the Glen Eira City Council area.
Homes in Glen Eira
Glen Eira has many Edwardian, Californian bungalow and interwar homes on narrower blocks, which often makes a second storey or a careful rear extension the best way to add space.
Planning in Glen Eira
Parts of the area are covered by heritage overlays. These affect what can change at the front of the house, so we look at them before any design work.
What we build here
- Home extensions
Rear and side extensions that open up older homes: a new kitchen and living area, an extra bedroom, a better link to the garden.
- Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms and whole-of-house renovations, with the trades, ordering and timing handled for you.
- Second-storey additions
Going up instead of out, so you keep the garden and gain bedrooms, a parents' retreat or a study.
