Home Areas
Bayside
Extensions and renovations in Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock, Beaumaris, Cheltenham, all within the Bayside City Council area.
Homes in Bayside
Bayside has everything from Edwardian and interwar homes in Brighton and Hampton to mid-century houses in Beaumaris and Black Rock. A lot of our work here is opening up the back of an older home to the garden.
Planning in Bayside
Some streets have heritage or neighbourhood character overlays, and coastal areas can have extra requirements. We check your property's planning controls at the first visit.
What we build here
- Home extensions
Rear and side extensions that open up older homes: a new kitchen and living area, an extra bedroom, a better link to the garden.
- Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms and whole-of-house renovations, with the trades, ordering and timing handled for you.
- Second-storey additions
Going up instead of out, so you keep the garden and gain bedrooms, a parents' retreat or a study.
