Who you'll deal with
Halden & Rowe is two builders and a small crew. One of us meets you at the first visit and stays with your project to handover, and the other runs the site every day. We keep the number of projects small on purpose, so nothing waits on us.
Pricing you can plan around
Before full plans, you get a budget range so you know whether the project makes sense. Once plans and permits are done, you get a fixed-price contract. Any change after that is priced in writing and approved by you before it's built.
You always know where things are
Every Friday you get a short update with photos: what was done this week, what's next, and any decisions we need from you. Your site supervisor's number is on every update.
