Good tradies shouldn't lose work to admin. Pilot Systems sorts out the bits around the job: the website, the enquiries and the paperwork.

Why I started Pilot Systems

I started Pilot Systems after watching friends and family in the trades struggle to keep up with the admin, and I knew my love of web design and simple systems could help. As a Christian, my foundation is in Jesus: I want this business to serve people well and honour God, so I give every job my all.

Plenty of tradies are great at the job and lose out on everything around it: a missed call on a roof, a quote nobody followed up, invoices chased at 9pm. None of that needs a big, expensive system. It needs a clear website and a few things set up properly, so they happen without you having to remember.

Built to keep working

I've always been interested in how websites and systems are put together, and I've studied cyber security, so I know how they can go wrong. That's why security and reliability are part of everything I build, not extras.

Every site runs on HTTPS. At handover we go through your accounts with you: two-step login on where your apps allow it, old logins removed, and our access taken off wherever we no longer need it.

Where things stand

Pilot Systems launched in October 2026. I'm taking on my first five projects now, at founding rates. The Showroom has example sites for made-up businesses; real client work goes there only with the client's written permission.
