Tested before your final payment: you pay 50% to book, and the rest only after we've tested it with you (for Office Setup, after go-live and sign-off). If part can't be made to work, you don't pay for that part. That's how our price works.

Both are subscriptions that renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice: online, by email or by replying to an invoice. No reason needed.

Running costs
Apart from your domain, you pay these to the provider directly, in your name. Your Proposal lists each one you'll need, with an estimate, before you sign.
What changes the price
Every price is fixed for the agreed scope, in writing, before you commit. What can change it:
Prices are in Australian dollars. Pilot Systems isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added. Your Proposal and our Client Service Agreement set out the full terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No. A deposit books your project and the rest is paid in stages. For a website, the last payment is due only once you've signed off the finished site, before it goes live. For an admin upgrade, the final payment is due only after it's been tested with you.
You've got 10 business days after we both sign to change your mind, for any reason, and get back everything you've paid. After that, you can still cancel in writing at any time: you pay only for the work actually done, as a fair share of the price, plus any third-party costs you approved that can't be cancelled, and we refund the rest within 14 days.
Our prices for our first 5 projects. A project's place is reserved when its deposit is paid. In return, founding clients agree to a 30-minute feedback call about 30 days after launch. Care plans are at our standard prices.
Yes. Your domain, content and accounts stay in your name. Once a project is paid for, we hand over our rights in the design, words and code we made for you, with a permanent licence for any reusable parts we use. Admin upgrades are set up in your own accounts, so they stay with you.
Business email accounts, photography, logo design, paid advertising, ongoing SEO, a way to edit the site yourself, and new features after launch. And we don't promise rankings, enquiries or jobs: nobody can honestly promise those.
