Cancel Website Care or Admin Care with this form. If you'd rather, email declan@pilotsystems.com.au or reply to any care invoice. Any one of these is enough.

You don't need to do anything else to cancel. Your plan keeps running until its last day, then stops. Any other plan you have carries on as normal.

What happens next
Declan confirms your last day, final charge and any refund by email, normally within 24 hours. He sends it to the address we send your invoices to. We've also just emailed a copy of this request to .We couldn't email you a copy of this request, so keep this page or take a screenshot.
Your plan runs until the last day. You aren't charged for any day after it, and if you've already paid for days after it, we refund them within 14 days. If your Admin Care hasn't started yet, it won't start, and you won't pay anything for it.
Before the last day, we move your website into accounts in your name, and your domain too if we registered it (unless you'd like us to keep managing it), at no charge from us. To keep the site online, you'll need a hosting account in your name on a business plan, which you pay for. Declan's email explains the steps.
Within 5 business days after the last day, we remove our access to your accounts and confirm it in writing. Everything we set up stays in your accounts and keeps running, unless you ask us before then to switch it off.
