From first call to launch
Free call
15–25 minutes, by phone or video, about how work comes in and what's slowing you down.

Your Proposal
The scope, the timeline and a fixed price, in writing. It's valid for 30 days, with no obligation.

Sign and book
We both sign online, and your deposit books the project.

- Pay the deposit, and book a 45-minute chat about your business.

- Write your words, and register your domain if needed.
Design approval Pro
You approve the homepage and key page designs before we build the rest.

- Design your homepage and key pages from scratch.
Build and test
We build it and test it on phones and computers. You check it and sign it off in writing.

- Send your logo and photos, and invite us into your accounts, when we ask.

Launch
Once you've signed off and paid the final invoice, it goes live, with a walkthrough and a short guide. Nothing goes live in the 10 business days after we both sign.

Fixes, edits and changes
After launch: three kinds of request
Before any paid work, we tell you in writing which kind a request is, and why.
A fix
Something we supplied doesn't do what your Proposal says, like a form that won't send. Putting that right is our job, not an extra.
Your rights: Every project is covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
An edit
A change you ask for in writing to words, photos, prices, contact details or service areas on pages you already have.
Included: up to 2 hours asked for within 30 days on Presence, or 6 hours within 90 days on Pro.
A change
Bigger work: new pages, new features, a redesign or new tools.
Quoted first: a fixed written quote before any work starts. No hourly billing.
What if I change my mind, or need to cancel a project?
You've got 10 business days after we both sign to change your mind, for any reason, and get back everything you've paid. After that, you can still cancel in writing at any time: you pay only for the work actually done, as a fair share of the price, plus any third-party costs you approved that can't be cancelled, and we refund the rest within 14 days.
How long does it take?
Pilot Presence: ready for your review 5 business days after we have your content, access and approvals. Pilot Pro: usually 2–4 weeks from when we have your content, access and approvals.
Do I have to be in Melbourne?
No. We work with tradies anywhere in Australia by phone and video. Office Setup's go-live day is in person, in Melbourne metro.
