Pilot Presence if you've got no site, just Facebook, or a site you'd rather nobody saw. Pilot Pro if you've got a crew, a good name and a site that isn't pulling its weight.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Your domain, content and accounts stay in your name. Once a project is paid for, we hand over our rights in the design, words and code we made for you, with a permanent licence for any reusable parts we use. Admin upgrades are set up in your own accounts, so they stay with you.
Can I edit it myself?
No. A way to edit the site yourself isn't included. Send us the change instead: Website Care includes one small change a month, up to 15 minutes, and anything bigger gets a fixed written quote first.
Is Website Care compulsory?
Only while we host your website, because Website Care includes the hosting. If you'd rather host it yourself, we move it to hosting in your name at no charge from us, and you then pay that hosting provider directly.
